Project V plans: PRO and a 3-day test
There is one plan: PRO at ₽180 per 30 days. It includes VLESS + Reality and AmneziaWG, whitelist bypass, a shared 500 GB allowance and up to 3 simultaneous devices. Before subscribing you can take a 3-day test for ₽25 — new users automatically get ₽25 from the bot when they sign up, enough to cover it.
Prices are billed in rubles. The bot shows the selected plan and amount before payment.
Project V PRO opens in INCY and Happ. We recommend INCY. Subscription management is in @projectv2newbot, payment goes through Tribute inside Telegram by Russian bank card or SBP, and support is at @pvsupp. The service has been running since 2021.

The route settings are included in the subscription. Choose a server in INCY’s list for the connection and task you want to test. Network conditions vary by operator and region; use the test to check your own devices and connection.

[02] HOW TRAFFIC IS COUNTED
PRO has a shared allowance of 500 GB per 30 days
The PRO allowance belongs to the whole subscription, across all three devices. Traffic through the whitelist-bypass route is counted at ×10: 1 GB transferred through it uses 10 GB of the allowance. If the full 500 GB allowance were spent only on this route, it would cover 50 GB of transferred data.
Servers marked ∞ do not consume the allowance. Poland continues working after the 500 GB allowance has been used. Check the subscription card in @projectv2newbot for the current balance.
The test has a 30 GB allowance for 3 days, and whitelist-bypass traffic counts ×10 there too: 30 GB of allowance covers 3 GB transferred through the bypass route.
The allowance is not a separate 500 GB for every device. Details for other routes after exhaustion are available from @pvsupp.

Open PRO
Install INCY and use “Open subscription in INCY” in the bot, or import the link from “Add to another device”. Happ opens the same PRO subscription through “Old app (Happ)”.

Yes. Happ is supported and opens the same PRO subscription through the bot’s “Old app (Happ)” button. We recommend INCY, but you can use Happ.
08 How do I manage renewal or a payment issue?
