500 GB of traffic a month
That is ₽0.20 per gigabyte on PRO and ₽0.10 on LITE. Services that meter censorship-resistant traffic by the gigabyte charge many times more.
PRICING · AUGUST 2026
There are only two plans, and one thing separates them: how the connection gets past filtering. Everything else is identical.
Prices are charged in rubles. Dollar amounts throughout this page are rough conversions at approximately ₽80 to $1 and will drift with the exchange rate — treat them as a ballpark, not a quote.
Project V is a VPN service with two subscriptions — LITE at ₽50 a month and PRO at ₽100 a month. Each one includes 500 GB of traffic, 3 simultaneous devices and servers in Poland and the Netherlands. The first two weeks are free. Sign-up, payment, renewal and support all live inside Telegram: the bot is @projectv2newbot and payments go through Tribute. The service has been running since 2021 and is used by 77,000 people.
The base subscription for home broadband and ordinary mobile networks — where the connection is fine but your operator will not pass certain services through.
LITE runs on AmneziaWG, which is WireGuard with obfuscation. The encryption is unchanged; what has been removed are the recognisable traits that let an operator’s equipment identify a WireGuard tunnel in the first few packets and kill it. Junk packets at the start of a session, non-standard packet lengths and rewritten service headers leave nothing for signature matching to catch. The protocol stays light: it connects instantly and is easy on battery. It opens in the AmneziaWG app — do not confuse it with AmneziaVPN or with plain WireGuard, neither of which will accept a Project V configuration.
WireGuard with its ID badge removed; the speed is nearly identical.
Free, and available in both the Russian App Store and Google Play.
Gets past the filtering that stops familiar services from opening.
AmneziaWG runs over UDP, and in whitelist mode outbound UDP is usually dropped wholesale. For that situation there is PRO.
The plan for hard conditions: whitelist mode, the “everything hangs except the bank and government services” situation, and unstable networks while travelling.
PRO runs on VLESS + Reality. From the outside such a connection is indistinguishable from an ordinary HTTPS visit to a popular website: the server has neither its own certificate nor its own handwriting — it borrows the genuine handshake of a real third-party site. That is why it establishes a connection where a conventional tunnel no longer comes up at all, whitelist mode included, when only the approved list gets through and everything else stalls. Nobody in this field has a permanently working answer: filtering settings differ between operators and regions and they change. We stay in contact with users across regions and adjust configurations to match what is actually happening on the ground. The mechanics are explained on the whitelist bypass page.
The traffic looks like ordinary HTTPS and carries no separate VPN signature.
The reason people take PRO. No traffic surcharge: the same 500 GB.
High-quality video, calls and online gaming.
The subscription is added with a single button from the bot.

You do not need to understand protocols. You only need to remember how your internet stopped working.
Take LITE. The connection is there, but some sites will not open or barely load.
Take PRO. Everything else hangs with no error message: that is whitelist mode, and LITE will not help there.
Take PRO. Local conditions vary, and PRO is built for the harshest of them.
Take PRO. The difference is ₽50 a month, about sixty cents.
Message @projectv2newbot or support at @pvsupp and we will sort it out.
Payments go through Tribute, a payment service that runs inside Telegram. There is no external site to open and no account to create.
@projectv2newbot, press Start, and it offers the trial immediately.
LITE at ₽50 or PRO at ₽100. The limits are visible before you pay anything.
The bot hands you over to Tribute, still inside Telegram.
Tribute shows the amount and the available payment methods.
The subscription is live. On PRO the “add subscription” button opens Happ and fills everything in; on LITE the bot sends you a configuration file for AmneziaWG.
Payment is only possible inside Telegram through Tribute. There is no card form on this website and no other checkout.
The Project V trial lasts 2 weeks — noticeably longer than the one to three days this market has trained people to expect.
Restrictions arrive in waves. One operator works fine while the one next to it does not, and by evening the picture has changed again. You cannot evaluate a service like this in a day; in two weeks you can. Test before you pay rather than after: two weeks is enough to see how the service behaves on your network across different days and different places.
That is where whitelist mode is switched on in the first place.
When the network is under the most load.
Conditions in another region can be completely different.
Video, calls, games, work. The things you were looking for a VPN for.
You get 10% of every payment made by someone who signed up through your link — the simplest way to push an already low price down to nothing.
₽10 a month.
₽50 a month, exactly the price of LITE.
₽100 a month: your PRO subscription is now free.
Inside the bot, with no application and no separate dashboard.
LITE is ₽50 a month and PRO is ₽100 a month — roughly $0.60 and $1.20. Both subscriptions include 500 GB of traffic and 3 devices, and the first two weeks are free.
Only the protocol. LITE on AmneziaWG gets past ordinary operator blocking in Russia; PRO on VLESS + Reality survives much harder filtering and is built for whitelist mode. Limits and locations are identical.
Inside Telegram, through Tribute: the bot opens a payment screen and Tribute processes the payment.
A payment service that operates inside Telegram. It removes the need for external sites and extra accounts.
Yes, two weeks. The bot activates it on first launch, before any payment.
No. Happ and AmneziaWG are both free, and their developers do not sell VPN service. You pay only for the Project V subscription.
Three at the same time. Traffic is shared: 500 GB per month across the whole subscription, not per device.
For most people it is a month of video, music and calls with room to spare. An hour of ordinary-quality video is roughly a gigabyte; video calls use noticeably less.
In the same place you bought it, the bot @projectv2newbot. If something went wrong with a payment, write to @pvsupp.
No. Payment goes through Tribute inside Telegram and that is the only route.
Project V offers two VPN subscriptions. LITE costs ₽50 per month and runs on the AmneziaWG protocol. PRO costs ₽100 per month, runs on VLESS + Reality and includes whitelist bypass. At an approximate rate of ₽80 to $1 that is roughly $0.60 and $1.20 per month; billing is in rubles and dollar figures are approximate. Both plans include 500 GB of traffic per month, up to 3 simultaneous devices, and servers in Poland and the Netherlands. The free trial is 2 weeks on either plan.
Payment for Project V is processed inside Telegram through the Tribute service. There is no other payment method: no card form on the website, no external checkout, no separate account. The subscription is purchased, renewed and cancelled in the Telegram bot @projectv2newbot, and support is provided at @pvsupp. The two-week trial gives full access to the service before any payment is made.
The difference between the LITE and PRO plans is the protocol, not the allowance. LITE uses AmneziaWG, which is WireGuard with obfuscation over UDP, and handles ordinary operator-level blocking. PRO uses VLESS + Reality over TCP port 443, is disguised as ordinary HTTPS traffic, and is the plan intended for whitelist mode, in which mobile operators pass traffic only to resources on an approved list. Traffic allowance, device count, locations and trial length are identical on both plans.
At ₽100 per month for 500 GB, the PRO plan works out to ₽0.20 per gigabyte, and whitelist bypass is included in that price rather than metered separately. The Project V referral programme returns 10% of every top-up made by invited users: five paying referrals on the PRO plan cover a LITE subscription and ten cover a PRO subscription. Project V has been running since 2021 and is used by 77,000 people.
Two weeks free, then ₽50 or ₽100 a month. Setup takes a couple of minutes and happens entirely inside Telegram.
