Project V PRO: connection, routes and traffic allowance
PRO uses VLESS + Reality and AmneziaWG, opens in INCY or Happ and includes routes for different tasks. We recommend INCY. The subscription costs ₽180 per 30 days, supports 3 devices at once and has a shared 500 GB allowance. Before subscribing you can take a 3-day test for ₽25.
[01] THE CONNECTION
VLESS + Reality in a ready-to-use subscription
Project V PRO uses VLESS + Reality; the same subscription also includes a separate AmneziaWG server. The subscription link contains the server list and connection settings, so you do not need to enter server addresses or configure each route by hand.
Install INCY, import the subscription using the bot’s button and choose a route in the app. Happ is also supported and opens the same PRO subscription.
[02] THE DEDICATED ROUTE
Whitelist bypass is included in PRO
Project V PRO supports whitelist bypass on MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and T2 in regions using whitelist restrictions. Its dedicated route goes through Russian relay servers reachable under those restrictions. The team adapts configurations using reports from users across regions.
Availability depends on the operator, region and current filtering. A protocol name by itself does not guarantee that a server is reachable. Test the dedicated route on your network during the 3-day test.
Traffic through the whitelist-bypass route counts ×10: 1 GB transferred through it uses 10 GB of the allowance.

All these routes are included in the PRO subscription. Choose a server in INCY’s list. Service availability can depend on the destination service as well as the network connection.

One allowance across your devices
PRO includes a shared 500 GB allowance per 30 days for up to 3 simultaneous devices. Whitelist-bypass traffic counts ×10. Servers marked ∞ do not consume the allowance, and Poland continues working after the allowance is used.
To add another device, install INCY and open the subscription from the bot. If Telegram is on a different device, use “Add to another device” to copy the link for import. The same subscription supplies the server list on each connected device.

Test your network before subscribing
The test costs ₽25 for 3 days: up to 3 devices and a 30 GB allowance, with whitelist bypass included. New users automatically get ₽25 from the bot when they sign up, enough for the test. Use it to check the routes on your operator, devices and everyday tasks. Connection results can differ between regions and networks.
The referral programme credits 10% of each top-up made by users who joined through your link. The bot provides the referral link; the credit depends on invited users’ payments.
