[01] WHAT IS HAPPENING
First it is “a bit slow”, then only the bank still loads
Banking apps may open while messengers or video fail. Selective restrictions are one possible cause. Compare the same services on another connection and check your operator’s notices before drawing a conclusion.
A whitelist allows selected destinations or services. Traffic to a VPN server can fail if that address is unreachable under the rules. Networks can also filter protocols or transports; a timeout alone does not identify which condition applies.
VLESS + Reality changes the appearance of a connection, but it does not hide the destination IP address. A reachable route and suitable settings are still required. The whitelist-bypass guide explains the checks and the dedicated route.

Connect PRO and test a route in three steps
PRO is managed in Telegram. Install INCY, import the PRO subscription from the bot and choose a route; no separate website account is needed.
Message the bot

Open it in the app
On PRO, the “Open subscription in INCY” button in the bot opens the app by itself, and the subscription appears in it together with the server list. After that you pick a server and switch the connection on.

A dedicated route for whitelist restrictions
Project V PRO supports whitelist bypass on MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and T2 in regions using this mode. The dedicated route goes through Russian relay servers reachable under whitelist restrictions. It is included in PRO at ₽180 per 30 days and in the test; bypass traffic counts ×10 against the allowance.
PRO uses VLESS + Reality and AmneziaWG. Reality is designed to make TLS connections harder to identify and to handle unauthorised probes; it does not make a blocked server address reachable. The upstream documentation describes the technology. Test the dedicated Project V route on your operator during the 3-day test.
The other half of the work is not technical. We stay in contact with users across different Russian regions: when filtering tightens somewhere, we hear about it from people on the ground and adjust the configuration. Refresh the subscription in the app to fetch its current server list.
Filtering can change by location and time. Use the 3-day test on your own SIM card and everyday services, and send support the conditions if a route stops connecting.

One PRO subscription, with routes for different tasks
Project V PRO uses VLESS + Reality and AmneziaWG; the subscription opens in INCY or Happ. We recommend INCY. The subscription contains the server list and settings, including the dedicated whitelist-bypass route.
Choose a route in the app for your connection and task. Poland ∞ does not consume the allowance. The whitelist-bypass route counts traffic at ×10, so 1 GB transferred through it uses 10 GB of the allowance.
Filtering varies by operator and region. Test the available routes on your own connection during the 3-day test; no route is guaranteed to work on every network.

Poland and the Netherlands — plus four more routes on PRO
We are not chasing a shop window of a hundred countries. What matters from Russia and the CIS is not the length of the list but the path your packets take — the shorter the route, the lower the delay.
Poland ∞ is the route that does not consume the allowance. The Netherlands provides another European location. Compare their performance on your connection; proximity alone does not determine latency or throughput.
The PRO subscription also carries routes for specific jobs: USA for AI services — a US exit route; access also depends on each destination service’s rules; Russia from abroad — a Russian exit address for banks, government services and Russian platforms when you are outside the country; bridges via Russia — for the case when a direct connection to a foreign server cannot be established; whitelist bypass — the route for whitelist mode. Traffic through Poland on PRO does not count against the allowance; traffic through whitelist bypass counts ×10.
There is nothing to configure: it is a single subscription, every route is already inside it, and you pick a server from the list in the app.

PRO on iPhone, Android, Windows and macOS — up to three devices
We recommend INCY, a free third-party app that opens your PRO subscription with the bot’s import button. Happ is also supported and opens the same subscription.
