About Project V VPN

Project V VPN at projectvvpn.com is a paid VPN-access service: the subscription provides routes and support through the official Telegram bot @projectv2newbot. The service should be distinguished from the open-source Project V/V2Ray project, which provides software tools for network connections.

We started in 2021, back when “a VPN that actually works” was not yet a daily search query. Connection conditions and client applications have changed over time. We adapt configurations using reports from users and explain how to test the current routes on their networks.

Every one of those turns meant migrating to new technology and reconfiguring everything behind it. Services launched this year have not yet lived through a single cycle of that kind. We have lived through several — and that is the one durability claim you can actually verify, unlike a decorative uptime percentage.

The PRO subscription is one link that carries server routes and settings into INCY or Happ. Subscription management happens in Telegram. The 3-day test lets you compare the available routes on the networks and devices you use before subscribing.

The same principle explains what we do not have: no “300 servers in 90 countries” marketing, no specific speed promises, no fine print under an asterisk. PRO includes Poland, the Netherlands and routes for specific tasks. The subscription terms describe its price, devices and traffic metering.

We stay in contact with users across regions and adjust configurations using their reports. Filtering can change by location and time. If the connection fails, tell support your operator, city, app and selected route so we can investigate.

That is why we ask people to include their city, their operator and what exactly stopped working: doing so helps more than just you. We post about changes in the channel @pr0jectv, and whether the solution works on your own SIM card is something you can establish during the 3-day test — before subscribing, not after.

Project V retains your Telegram ID, payment history and quota usage while you use the service. These records are used to manage subscription access and account for payments and the traffic allowance.

The VPN-server and management-panel logs do not retain users’ IP addresses, addresses of visited resources or connection times. The connection between your device and the VPN server is protected by encryption.
