Project V VPN: subscription questions and answers

Project V VPN at projectvvpn.com is a subscription service primarily for users in European Russia, running since 2021. PRO uses VLESS + Reality and AmneziaWG; it includes whitelist bypass. Management, payment and support are in Telegram.

Project V VPN at projectvvpn.com provides paid VPN access, ready-to-use routes and support. The open-source Project V/V2Ray project provides network software tools. The names refer to different offerings; using VLESS + Reality does not establish affiliation with the developers of V2Ray.

INCY is a free third-party client. Project V supplies the VPN subscription and server list. Happ is also supported and opens the same PRO subscription.

INCY is the recommended client for PRO, available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Windows and Linux. Happ is also supported and opens the same PRO subscription. Use the official downloads in the setup guide.

Install INCY first, then press “Open subscription in INCY” («Открыть подписку в INCY») in the bot. Confirm opening the app if prompted, choose a route and enable the connection. Allow the system VPN request when prompted.

Check that INCY is installed. Use “Add to another device” («Добавить на другое устройство») in the bot to copy the subscription link, then import that link into INCY.

Up to 3 simultaneously, as in the test. The PRO allowance of 500 GB per 30 days is shared across the subscription rather than provided separately to each device.

Install INCY on it and use the subscription button from the bot, or import the link shown by “Add to another device”. Contact @pvsupp if old devices prevent you from connecting a new one.

Yes. Happ is supported and opens the same PRO subscription through the bot’s “Old app (Happ)” button. We recommend INCY, but switching is optional.

Poland ∞, the Netherlands, bridges via Russia, USA for AI services, Russia from abroad and whitelist bypass. Settings are included in the subscription; choose a server in the app’s list.

A filtering rule that permits traffic only to approved destinations. This differs from blocking selected destinations while allowing the rest.

Yes. Project V PRO supports whitelist bypass on MTS, MegaFon, Beeline and T2 in regions using whitelist restrictions. The dedicated route goes through Russian relay servers reachable under these restrictions. Traffic through it counts ×10 against the allowance.

No. A protocol alone does not guarantee that the server is reachable or accepted by the network. Results depend on the route, operator and current filtering. Use the dedicated route and test your connection during the 3-day test.

A VPN needs a working data connection. A full shutdown and a connection limited to certain destinations are different cases.

No. Filtering differs by operator and region and can change. The 3-day test lets you check your own network.

Telegram ID, payment history and quota usage are retained while you use the service. They are used to manage subscription access and account for payments and the traffic allowance.

The VPN-server and management-panel logs do not retain users’ IP addresses, addresses of visited resources or connection times.

The connection between your device and the VPN server is protected by encryption.

PRO has a 500 GB allowance per 30 days, shared across the subscription and its devices; the test has 30 GB. Whitelist-bypass traffic counts ×10, while servers marked ∞ do not consume the allowance.

1 GB transferred through the whitelist-bypass route consumes 10 GB of allowance. If the entire 500 GB allowance is used only through that route, it covers 50 GB of transferred data.

Servers marked ∞ do not consume it, and Poland continues working after it is used. Check the subscription card in the bot for the balance; ask @pvsupp about other routes.

Compare the routes available in INCY on your network. Poland ∞ does not consume the allowance, the Netherlands offers another European location, and the subscription includes routes for specific tasks. Performance depends on the network and destination service.

The effect varies by device, signal, route and workload. If there is a problem, compare networks and routes and tell support what changed.

It credits 10% of each top-up made by a user who joined through your link. The amount depends on invited users’ payments.

Check that the subscription is imported, refresh its server list and confirm the VPN permission request. Compare another route and another network. If it still fails, contact @pvsupp.

Check whether another VPN app or a local-VPN ad blocker is active, then temporarily disconnect it to test for a conflict. Compare Wi-Fi and mobile data, and send the results to support.
